  1. RadiusTV Video Digitizer Component V1.0 a2

  3. • The "RadiusTV VDig" implements the required digitizer component calls as defined in the Apple Document "Video Digitizer API Version a2" for the RadiusTV.

  5. • The default setting for video input is NTSC-1. Due to the fact that the VDig specification does not currently support Tuner as an input selection, it is currently not possible to use the built in tuner in the RadiusTV to record movies.

  7. • There is no sound support in this version of the RadiusTV VDig Component.

  9. • Requires RadiusTV Driver software version 1.4.

  11. • For best operation use with display card that supports NuBus Direct Block Mode Transfer (such as the Radius Direct Color/GX). Run the display card at 16bits (Number of colors = "Thousands").

  13. • Known problems:
  14. The VDig Component may not function properly if there is another digitizer component (and card) installed at the same time as the RadiusTV.
